Are the couches new?
No. They're pre-owned, high-quality couches and sectionals. Every one is professionally deep cleaned before it's sold.
Can I see a couch before I buy it?
Yes. Send a viewing request below or text me, and we'll set up a time in Kitchener.
How do I reserve a couch?
Tap “Buy or reserve” on the couch and choose the 10% deposit. Send it by Interac e-Transfer, and the couch is held once I confirm your payment. The deposit comes off the price.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer. Checkout shows the exact amount, the email to send it to, and an order number to put in the message.
Do you deliver?
Yes, anywhere in Ontario: Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, London, Hamilton, the GTA and beyond. Delivery is priced by zone, and checkout shows the price for your area.
Will it fit in my place?
Every listing has the width, depth and height in inches. Before delivery, measure:
- Door widths, including the building entrance
- Hallways and tight turns
- Stairwells and elevator doors
